The agenda was approved by the participants of the Urban Poor Conference: Ipaglaban ang Karapatan! Angkinin ang Kapangyarihan! on February 25, 2007 in Quezon City and was used as framework for engagement of the urban poor groups in their engagements in the May 2007 election. The agenda will also be used for further engagement and platform building and advocacy of the groups in the future.
